Painting of the blue gates - again!! Dear residents, I think its absurd to paint the blue gates again while they have been recently painted. This is an extremely expensive job and one begs the question why is this happening so often!? Shouldn't residents have a say (give consent) for major jobs that we are paying? Do we have a power to decide which major works should take place? Thanks
